1. What ExoSynk is

ExoSynk is a platform where you can design electronics virtually (2D circuits + 3D enclosures), publish your designs, buy and sell on-platform content, subscribe to tiers with more usage, and pay other creators in ExoSynk Coins. By using ExoSynk you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Content Policy.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to create an account. Provide accurate info; don't impersonate others; don't share your login. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of whatever you upload, publish, or post — circuits, 3D models, tutorials, comments, posts. By publishing publicly, you grant ExoSynk a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display that content on the platform, and to show it in search and recommendations. You can remove your content any time; that revokes the license for future display.

Don't publish content you don't have the rights to, content that violates the Content Policy, or content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights. If we get a credible takedown notice we'll act on it. Repeated infringement = permanent suspension.

4. Coins (the platform currency)

ExoSynk Coins are an internal utility balance used for on-platform purchases, tips, and subscriptions. You can buy Coins with real money via our payment partners (Razorpay in India, Stripe globally). Creators can withdraw earned Coins to their bank via those same partners, subject to KYC.

Coins have no value outside ExoSynk. You cannot transfer them to other platforms. The Coin-to-fiat rate on purchase and the rate on withdrawal are different — the difference covers payment-processor fees and platform operating costs. Both rates are displayed at the time of each transaction.

5. Purchases and refunds

On-platform purchases (Store items, tutorials, tips, ad budgets) are final once the Coins move, with these exceptions: (a) ad campaigns rejected by our review queue are refunded in full; (b) if a purchased item is removed for policy violation we refund the buyer; (c) you may request a refund within 24 hours if the item you received is materially different from the listing description.

6. Ads and sponsorship

Ads are labeled “Sponsored” wherever they appear. Only verified business accounts may run ads. We review every campaign before it goes live. We refuse ads that violate the Content Policy. See that page for the full banned list.

7. Subscriptions

Subscriptions run in monthly Coin cycles. Canceling turns off auto-renew; your tier stays active until the current period ends. You're responsible for keeping your Coin balance topped up for renewal. No refunds for partial months.

8. Fair use and rate limits

Each subscription tier has a stated monthly lab-time budget plus a cap on the number of labs you can keep and total storage. If you exceed your budget we'll throttle new lab sessions until next period or an upgrade. Automated / scripted heavy use may be suspended at our discretion to protect the platform for everyone.

9. What we can do

We can remove content, suspend accounts, reject ads, and withhold Coins where there's a credible violation of these Terms, the Content Policy, or the law. We try to warn first where reasonable, but urgent cases (CSAM, doxing, fraud in progress) may lead to immediate removal.

10. Disclaimers

Simulation results, mass/thermal estimates, and “reality checks” in ExoSynk are approximations for educational purposes — not certified engineering, not safety-critical. Don't rely on ExoSynk's output for medical devices, life safety, aviation, or anything else where being wrong hurts people. Verify with real tooling.

11. Liability

ExoSynk is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Changes

We'll update these Terms as ExoSynk grows. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use ExoSynk after that = you agree.
